Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at New Beginning Couples Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy using cutting-edge treatment modalities.
• Implementing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate client healing and growth.
• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, coordinated care for each client.
• Working within a treatment team to ensure that client-centered treatment plans are executed effectively.
• Providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and engaging in safety planning as necessary.
• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation to uphold ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
