Work Environment

This role is based onsite in a hospital setting, where you will have access to advanced medical technologies and a supportive healthcare team. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of extended hours on select evenings until 8:00 p.m. In addition, participation in community outreach events, health fairs, and weekend clinics is encouraged, enhancing our commitment to public health and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and re-evaluations of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, enabling tailored treatment strategies.
• Utilize the latest evidence-based practices to diagnose, treat, and manage injuries and disorders related to pain, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, which involve medication management, therapeutic interventions, and lifestyle modifications aimed at improving functioning and quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists and occupational therapy specialists, to execute a coordinated approach to pain management.
• Stay proactive in engaging with community partners to facilitate health education initiatives that promote pain management awareness and prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about pain management options, treatment protocols, and self-care techniques to foster informed decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
