Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual meetings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience, recovery, and holistic mental health goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients who are experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them with additional resources as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to both state and federal regulations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for treatment planning.

• Engage in regular case consultations with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance service delivery for each client.

• Stay abreast of current trends, policies, research, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance professional development and service effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, who are facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our holistic approach to treatment considers not only the psychological aspects but also the social and environmental factors influencing our clients' well-being. Your role is crucial in establishing trust and rapport, enabling clients to open up about their challenges and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for such licensure.

• Demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services to individuals and groups, emphasizing a strengths-based approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and create a safe space for dialogue.

• A commitment to cultural competence and an understanding of how cultural factors influence mental health and treatment outcomes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, alongside being an active team player in a multidisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or culturally diverse communities is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery and technological tools used in providing virtual counseling, including platforms for scheduling and secure communication.

• Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
