Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Perform thorough physical examinations and order diagnostic tests, interpreting results to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer vaccinations and medications while educating patients on preventive health measures, lifestyle modifications, and chronic condition management.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions utilizing the EPIC EMR system to support clinical workflows and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care tailored to patients of all ages.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of medical advancements.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant at Southeast Social Healthcare, you will care for a diverse patient population, serving individuals from newborns to seniors. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• PA certification and an active state license are required.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant.

Preferred Experience

• Preferred candidates will hold a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies.

Compensation and Benefits
