This role allows for remote work while providing outpatient care, giving you the flexibility to support clients in a comfortable setting. Our organization values work-life balance; therefore, your hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs, motivations, and challenges.

• Create individualized treatment plans that respond to specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with colleagues in the mental health team to maximize the effectiveness of treatment through case consultations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to continuously improve therapeutic skills and case outcomes.

• Offer recommendations for enhancing clinical services and patient care initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapeutic counseling to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients effectively.
