Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, helping clients develop strategies to improve their mental well-being.

• Act as a client advocate, guiding individuals in defining personal goals and objectives during therapy.

You will engage with a uniquely diverse client base, all of whom have been thoroughly prescreened to ensure they present with manageable mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related counseling field.

• Active and independent license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong ability to perform clinical evaluations, make informed decisions, and recommend treatment strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills that enable you to connect and communicate effectively with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, depending on your level of experience and client caseload.
