Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions to help clients achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach based on each client’s specific needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities, utilizing feedback to enhance your therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to collaborate on best practices and share insights regarding client care, thereby enhancing overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve diverse clients, each with unique backgrounds and varying clinical needs. Your expertise will be essential in providing inclusive and culturally sensitive mental health care, helping clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will have a tangible impact, as you will assist clients from various demographics in enhancing their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Possess an active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, or demonstrate the capability to obtain one within a specified time frame.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, showcasing a diversity of treatment approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships and effective collaboration with colleagues.
• A commitment to offering inclusive and culturally competent care, acknowledging and respecting each client’s unique identity and experiences.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have extensive expertise in evidence-based practice and experience working with diverse populations in outpatient settings. Candidates with strong assessment skills and familiarity with trauma-informed care will be particularly well-suited for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
