Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Life Carriage Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific mental health needs and challenges. \n Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n Providing individual therapy sessions—either in-person or via teletherapy—to facilitate client engagement and progress. \n Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes. \n Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies. \n Participating in ongoing professional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The individuals you will support come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each facing unique mental health challenges. Whether addressing issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health disorders, you will be instrumental in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that fosters healing and personal growth. Qualifications\n To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: \n \n Current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC or equivalent). \n A Bachelor’s Degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. \n A non-judgmental, empathetic approach combined with strong organizational skills. \n Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions. \n Preferred Experience\n While we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, experience in the following areas will enhance your application: \n \n Therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. \n Working with specific populations, including children, adolescents, and underserved communities. \n Applying innovative treatment strategies that promote client autonomy and resilience. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Compensation for this role starts at a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
