Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor at Hope Balance Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health status, needs, and overall well-being.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of your clients, employing evidence-based approaches.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing solution-focused methodologies tailored to adult clients with a variety of mental health concerns.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and empathy towards clients.
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Have a clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling are preferred. Experience within diverse patient populations or settings will be considered a significant advantage in this role.
