Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, empowering social workers to work from the comfort of their own homes while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. You will enjoy a standard work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. We utilize advanced telehealth technology tools to maintain clear communication with both clients and teammates, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that accurately capture clients' mental health needs and identify both strengths and areas for growth.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using diverse evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that encompass tailored goals and interventions to address specific client issues.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients, enhancing treatment efficacy.
• Facilitate crisis intervention protocols, conducting risk assessments and creating comprehensive safety plans as needed to support client well-being during critical moments.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with applicable ethical and legal standards.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that focus on particular mental health topics to nurture community support and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your role will directly impact and improve clients' lives, fostering a healing relationship that encourages personal development and timely intervention in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health treatment, with a strong emphasis on outpatient services.
• Deep knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, patient assessment, and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery is highly desirable.
• Previous work in community health settings or integrated healthcare environments.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions and workshops, alongside therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
