Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of tailored, individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on evidence-based methodologies to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide seamless care and support for clients.

• Educate and support clients’ families to foster understanding, enhance communication, and promote an active role in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines specific to behavioral health services.

• Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, and share insights regarding therapeutic approaches and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a therapist will involve working with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
