Massage & Exercise Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is primarily focused on providing in-home care for patients, allowing for personalized treatment that aligns with the physician's care plan. Work Environment

This position entails working onsite in the home care setting, providing you with a unique opportunity to deliver therapy in a comfortable environment tailored to each patient's specific needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual patient goals, utilizing a variety of techniques tailored to each unique case.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to patients in their homes, including hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and motivation to achieve functional goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care and enhance recovery outcomes based on research-driven practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and privacy regulations.
• Set and meet performance benchmarks, including utilization goals and quality assurance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, focusing on orthopedic cases that may also encompass pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering tailored care strategies to improve mobility and quality of life for individuals facing various physical challenges.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program, holding a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and connect with patients effectively.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills, necessary for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in home care physical therapy is highly desired but not mandatory.
• Experience treating a wide range of conditions, especially in orthopedic physical therapy settings.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
