Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Developing tailored care plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring all adjustments reflect changes in patient status.

• Providing individual and family therapy, facilitating supportive environments for crisis resolution and therapeutic growth.

• Coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, community resources, and other mental health providers to create comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continuity of care.

• Educating patients and families about community mental health resources and facilitating referrals to programs such as support groups and specialized treatment interventions.

• Advocating effectively for patients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system by fostering open communication with care teams and external agencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
