Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a capacity to foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Proficient understanding of ethical guidelines and strict confidentiality standards.
