Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, articulate clinical diagnoses, and craft personalized treatment plans designed to meet their specific needs.

• Deliver individualized, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored according to client objectives.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate assistance is given in a compassionate manner.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines to protect client privacy.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and advocacy strategies to empower them in navigating their mental health journeys.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy and expand your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 85,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified applicants!
