Key Responsibilities

The Senior Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to address a variety of diagnoses.
• Utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic techniques including manual therapies, exercise regimens, and modern equipment to assist patients in reducing pain and improving mobility.
• Progressively monitoring patient treatment and recovery through ongoing assessments and documentation of their responses and advancements.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment protocols, assistive devices, and self-care techniques to enhance recovery and promote independent living.
• Regularly reevaluating treatment goals and modifying plans to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continual improvement.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary health team members, contributing insights that enhance overall care quality and patient satisfaction.
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements through continuing education, workshops, and professional networking.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
