As a remote telehealth therapist based in East Amherst, New York, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions that address a diverse range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accountability and quality in care delivery.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Your work will focus on a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
