Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your own space while remaining connected to our Eugene-based outpatient facility. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with the possibility of some evening hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client appointments. This flexibility promotes a healthy work-life balance while remaining committed to our clients’ therapeutic journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use concerns, identifying the presence of co-occurring disorders using established screening tools.

  Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions addressing both mental health and substance use needs.

  Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on helping clients develop essential coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and skills for emotional regulation.

  Engage in regular coordination meetings with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, ensuring holistic and integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

  Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
