Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgical procedures, utilizing evidence-based practices to create effective treatment plans.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain comprehensive documentation of all treatments and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and the use of assistive devices to foster independence in daily living.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional networks, and staying updated on industry trends and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records and general computer software.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
