Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address various psychological challenges.

• Engage clients in both individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.

• Document patient histories, diagnostic information, treatment plans, and progress in a detailed and organized manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses the complex needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources for additional support.

• Respond to crisis situations with urgency and professionalism, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with substance abuse issues, trauma, domestic violence, and various mental health conditions. You will utilize your skills to facilitate supportive discussions and interventions, fostering resilience and promoting healing within our client base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly working with families and individuals facing trauma or crisis.

Compensation and Benefits\n
