Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of their history, symptoms, and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, engaging clients in goal-setting and progress tracking to foster ownership of their treatment journey.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients’ needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies while safeguarding client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n
