Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and rewarding, geared towards improving patient outcomes and fostering mental health. You will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, using established best practices to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to suit the individual needs and preferences of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and high standards of care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights that enhance your practice and the quality of care provided by the team.
• Educate and support clients and their families on mental health issues, fostering a deeper understanding and connection to essential resources.
• Stay informed of the latest research in mental health treatment, continuously integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the LCSW position will possess:

Compensation and Benefits
