Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather in-depth information about patients' trauma histories, ensuring a clear understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate emotional processing of traumatic experiences, helping patients formulate effective coping strategies in a supportive environment.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other professionals to create integrated treatment strategies tailored to each patient's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, remaining calm and composed to assist patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma impacts, available coping mechanisms, and community resources for additional support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency in patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings aimed at enhancing our trauma-informed care approach, sharing insights, and improving treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents who have experienced varying degrees of trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
