Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and determine initial treatment needs of clients, using the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment model.

• Utilize DSM-5 criteria to formulate accurate mental health diagnoses for individuals with complex and co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practice guidelines, ensuring proactive, client-centered care.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate educational workshops and training for community members and team members on relevant clinical topics.

• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering a culture of support and professional development.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, assessing client needs and ensuring timely access to necessary services and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
