Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain high professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice, in line with guidelines established by relevant professional organizations.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions, constructing therapeutic relationships that cater to the individual needs of clients.

• Participate in weekly staff meetings to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and support one another's professional development.

• Plan and implement effective treatment strategies, regularly reviewing and adjusting approaches in response to client progress and feedback.

• Create timely and thorough clinical progress notes following each client session to track developments and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform various administrative tasks as necessary to maintain efficient workflow and communication with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base that includes young adults, families, and individuals from varying socioeconomic statuses. You will evaluate and support clients facing an array of challenges—emotional, psychological, or situational—with a focus on empowering them to achieve their mental health goals. Your interventions will be pivotal in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and ultimately improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential.

• The candidate must hold at least one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficient ability to efficiently complete clinical documentation and progress notes after client sessions, adhering to relevant legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings, preferably working with diverse populations.

• Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to client needs.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
