Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately evaluate and understand the needs of children and adolescents.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice in New York, one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated commitment to child and adolescent mental health through relevant training or experiences.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as familiarity with various computer applications necessary for efficient documentation and communication.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
