Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for clients to determine their mental health status, histories, and therapeutic needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, ensuring treatment is client-centered and solution-focused.
• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to provide engaging and interactive virtual sessions, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, employing crisis management techniques to support clients in distress.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload effectively.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in teletherapy or other digital mental health platforms is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those with varying socioeconomic backgrounds and mental health diagnoses.
• Knowledge of the latest therapeutic interventions and willingness to implement new techniques in therapy sessions.
