Inside Access Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. This full-time position is primarily focused on delivering specialized mental health care, particularly to individuals navigating the challenges of trauma. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and accessibility for both therapists and clients. Utilizing advanced telehealth technologies, our therapists engage in virtual sessions, ensuring that patients receive consistent support from the comfort of their own homes. While maintaining a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, therapists may be required to adapt their schedules to accommodate the unique needs of their patients, fostering personalized care that meets individuals where they are in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and ascertain their unique therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, cultivate effective coping strategies, and enhance their emotional resilience.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated treatment, enhancing overall patient outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and supported.
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources, enhancing their support networks.
• Maintain all documentation accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives focused on trauma-informed care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inside Access Psychotherapy Services, you will primarily work with individuals affected by trauma, including but not limited to survivors of abuse, individuals coping with PTSD, and those experiencing complex trauma. Your expertise will make a tangible difference in their recovery journeys and promote lasting resilience. Qualifications

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage, and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current, valid mental health licensure (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and strategies for building resilience.
• Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions, enhancing the therapeutic process for patients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations while providing support to patients in need.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team, fostering an integrated approach to patient treatment.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will possess additional experience specific to trauma-focused therapies and working closely with diverse populations experiencing various degrees of trauma. Compensation and Benefits
