Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Wellness Therapeutic Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally within a trauma-focused environment.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and therapies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• The ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, ensuring that patient needs are met promptly and empathetically.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to facilitate the efficient management of patient information.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of direct experience is required, candidates with additional specialized training in trauma therapy or extensive experience in crisis intervention will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
