Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments via telehealth to identify clients' mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions using tailored evidence-based modalities that align with the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing effective de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, always advocating for clients' rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus as an added incentive.
