Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide consistent weekly supervision to practicum students actively pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master’s programs, guiding their professional development.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing their access to ancillary services.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, employing best practices that reflect current research and effective therapeutic models.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and relevant communications to adhere to ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
