Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available coping resources, empowering them with knowledge for more effective management of their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide therapeutic support to clients grappling with the aftermath of trauma. You will work with individuals who have various backgrounds and experiences, requiring customized approaches to meet their needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
