Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, many of whom have co-occurring medical conditions. Our clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and chronic pain, among other concerns. Your role will involve understanding the multifaceted aspects of their health, guiding them toward holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services to individuals with complex, co-occurring medical issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience working in a remote capacity is a plus. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon joining.
