Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate optimal client outcomes.

• Provide group therapy sessions and family counseling to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and promoting best practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and stay abreast of the latest research and trends in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a multifaceted approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Betis, you will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. Your expertise and dedication will support a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. You will play a vital role in facilitating their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Two or more years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
