Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport to foster positive therapeutic relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss future appointments, and facilitate smooth transitions through treatment or discharge.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for every client.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish a baseline for care.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, applying effective therapeutic techniques and tools.
• Participate in individual supervision to support clinical growth and discuss case management strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to provide integrated care and address multifaceted client needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for efficient documentation and client tracking.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families, demonstrating clinical effectiveness and empathy.
• Ability to complete thorough intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various psychotherapeutic modalities and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Interest in applying evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a fee-for-service compensation model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursements. Additional benefits for our clinicians include:
