Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial history interviews with clients to assess their mental health needs comprehensively.

• Develop and collaborate on tailored treatment plans that address clients’ specific therapeutic goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based counseling interventions, utilizing approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) where appropriate.

• Document client interactions with accuracy and timeliness, including writing intake reports and progress notes using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

• Utilize outcome measures and client feedback to monitor progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.

This role will engage with a wide-ranging clientele, including children facing developmental challenges, adolescents navigating emotional crises, adults seeking personal growth, couples in need of relationship counseling, and families desiring improved communication and understanding. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
