Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through video chat sessions, delivering individualized counseling aimed at enhancing their mental well-being.

Our clientele consists primarily of stable individuals with low acuity needs, all of whom have been thoroughly prescreened. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Current independent licensure (not provisional or limited) in California, including one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Proven ability to make professional evaluations, treatment planning decisions, and implement evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic disposition, crucial for establishing rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy is required to utilize our therapist portal and conduct virtual consultations effectively.
