Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies, to provide effective counseling.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, creating a space for shared experiences and collective healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
