The work setting is primarily remote, providing flexibility while allowing for regular interaction with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gauge patients' histories and develop personalized treatment approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the overall well-being of patients.

• Utilize specialized therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide structured individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective response in critical situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and therapeutic resources available to support their journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
