Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify each client’s mental health needs and challenges.
• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals and preferences, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in therapy.
• Facilitating individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques to foster healing and growth.
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary treatment teams to provide holistic care and support for clients, enhancing outcomes through shared expertise.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and trust.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to support your transition to our team.
