Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgery, or chronic conditions within their home environment.
• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans utilizing various modalities, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitoring patient progress by meticulously tracking treatment responses and outcomes, adjusting therapy plans as required to ensure optimal recovery.
• Providing education and training to patients and their families on the use of prescribed assistive devices and techniques for maintaining independence.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary health teams and communicating effectively to coordinate exceptional patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and possess a valid state license to practice. Key qualifications include:

Compensation and Benefits
