Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in our rehabilitation facility, accurately assessing mobility, strength, and pain levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise prescriptions, manual therapy, and the use of medical equipment to promote healing and functional recovery.
• Implement treatment programs that align with established therapeutic goals, helping patients achieve their maximum potential through personalized care.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, noting responses to treatment and adjusting plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Reassess patients periodically to redefine therapy goals and incorporate new methodologies as needed, ensuring a continuous improvement approach to rehabilitation.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy processes, home exercises, and the use of assistive devices, helping them understand their roles in the rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
