Work Environment

Located in Cypress, Florida, our rehabilitation center provides a supportive onsite environment where teamwork and communication flourish. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, our team enjoys a structured schedule that allows for ample time to dedicate to patient care without the disruptions common in other practice settings. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment and resources that aid in delivering the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to establish effective treatment plans for those with functional limitations and disabilities.
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts, ensuring compliance with regulations governing physical therapy practices.
• Document and track patient treatment progress, making necessary adjustments to plans as patient conditions evolve.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in discharge planning that includes follow-up care and patient education.
• Attend facility meetings, contributing to discussions on operational improvements and patient care strategies.
• Remain active in professional development, including ongoing training and education required to maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in the state of Florida.

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
