With a commitment to high-quality care, we operate from a state-of-the-art facility that measures 5,000 square feet, fully equipped for sports medicine rehabilitation.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite work within our collaborative rehabilitation center located in Cypress, Florida. You will be part of a cohesive team of two highly skilled physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all striving to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans using a variety of advanced treatment techniques.
• Maintain an effective patient load, which includes seeing one patient per hour, allowing for comprehensive assessments and treatment.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions focused on restoring mobility and enhancing physical performance.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to minimize reliance on medications and explore alternative, non-surgical treatment options.
• Encourage patient participation and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Promote wellness and educate patients on maintaining healthy lifestyles that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and continuously monitor patient progress, ensuring transparent communication with both patients and healthcare partners.
• Document all aspects of patient care using electronic medical record (EMR) software, including WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We are committed to helping our clients regain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized and focused rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Florida, without any board actions or disciplinary measures on record.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and proficiency in developing and implementing individualized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, especially WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably within an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
