The Supreme Physique Fitness Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team in Cypress, Florida. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our outpatient clinic, you will work in a vibrant and supportive environment from Monday to Friday, operating from 9 AM to 5 PM. The clinic is designed to accommodate a diverse patient population and features advanced therapeutic equipment and individualized therapy spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions through comprehensive evaluations, allowing for the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques and exercise programs tailored to meet each patient's unique rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize advanced modalities and manual therapy skills to alleviate pain and improve movement, emphasizing non-invasive treatment options.
• Conduct regular follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to patients regarding their condition and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and fitness experts, to enhance patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Balance patient caseloads to ensure quality care while maintaining a manageable schedule.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to the elderly seeking rehabilitation from chronic conditions. Understanding the specific needs and aspirations of each patient will be pivotal in delivering targeted and effective care. By focusing on rehabilitation and preventive measures, you will play a critical role in improving the overall mobility and health of individuals within the Cypress community.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and the application of evidence-based physical therapy methodologies.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.
• Ability to create and implement effective exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Specialized training or experience in sports medicine, geriatrics, or chronic pain management will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
