Our team consists of experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA) working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Work Environment

The working environment at Therapy Motion Rehab Clinic is dynamic and patient-centered, situated in a modern outpatient office setting. You will work onsite from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Our clinic focuses on delivering exceptional care primarily to patients covered by private medical insurance, ensuring they receive the highest quality of therapy possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly assess and address individual patient objectives by creating tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a consistent caseload with a focus on one-on-one sessions, allowing for personalized attention and care.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to deliver cost-effective treatments focused on enhancing range of motion and mobility.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their therapy journey, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and surgeries.
• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed for optimal recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care services provided, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and state regulations.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs, promoting long-term health benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population primarily consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. We focus on enhancing each patient's quality of life by improving their physical capabilities through targeted physiotherapy interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Florida License to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Must have a clean professional record with no prior disciplinary actions by the licensing board.
• Capacity to demonstrate strong manual therapy techniques and a profound understanding of movement science.
• Exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, enabling you to adapt quickly to our clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
