Refined Body Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking a passionate and committed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Rehabilitation Center in Cypress, Florida. Work Environment

This position is based at our rehabilitation center in Cypress, Florida, where a supportive and collaborative atmosphere fosters professional development. Working on-site allows you to engage directly with patients and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring a seamless continuum of care. You will work Monday through Friday, providing you with a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, functionality, and quality of life, guided by each patient's unique medical requirements.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, including assessments of muscle strength, joint function, and coordination, in order to establish appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in the delivery of care, ensuring consistent application of treatment protocols and adherence to best practices.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including manual exercises, modalities (e.g., traction, massage), and therapeutic interventions, to promote healing and recovery.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and responses to therapy, ensuring optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
• Document clinical findings, evaluations, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively devise comprehensive care strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on best practices for rehabilitation, equipment usage, and self-management strategies to facilitate independence.
• Remain accessible to Physical Therapy Assistants during treatment sessions and offer guidance as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population that spans various age groups and physical conditions. Your clients may include individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes undergoing rehabilitation for sports injuries, and patients with chronic pain or mobility issues. Your therapeutic interventions will play a significant role in improving their physical outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.
• At least one (1) year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, ideally in either an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure and CPR certification in good standing.
• Proficiency in assessing and adapting treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• A collaborative mindset, taking an active role in interdisciplinary teamwork to enhance patient care.
• Dedication to lifelong learning, with a focus on clinical best practices and innovations in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a rehabilitation center or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources that can enhance patient recovery and support.
• Experience in using electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
