Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' symptoms of mood disorders, establishing severity and treatment needs.

• Working collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, various treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Staying current with prevailing research and practices within the field of mental health to enhance treatment approaches and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus primarily on individuals navigating various mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

Successful candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A strong grasp of psychopharmacology, allowing for effective collaboration with psychiatrists and integrated care teams.

• Proficient understanding of and experience with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
