Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health histories, presenting issues, and readiness for treatment.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) depending on client needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on developing clients' coping strategies and ensuring they remain engaged in their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver high-quality care to clients who may have mobility issues or reside in remote areas.

• Track and document client progress meticulously while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards set forth by licensing bodies.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
