Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Performing comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to assess their functional limitations.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their specific goals and circumstances.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Providing expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care, ensuring clear communication and coordination in treatment strategies.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment procedures, and patient progress in adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Engaging with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate collaborative decision-making regarding patient care.
• Participating in community outreach and marketing efforts aimed at promoting our services and nurturing relationships with potential referral sources.
• Providing mentorship and supervision to physical therapist assistants and support staff to enhance their professional growth and patient care skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults rehabilitating from joint replacements or orthopedic surgeries. Your ability to interact with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds will be critical in ensuring effective communication and building trusting therapeutic relationships. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits
